I know of no distribution that fits that requirement. I'm curious though if you have tried the Bering-uClibc 3.1 Beta; 3.1 is the logical successor to what you are currently running. The Bering-uClilbc team have been debating the issue of whether to migrate to a 2.6 kernel but I haven't been following those discussions very closely.
