Adding the "hfsc" option to *any* ifbX device completely screws up the 
network!

Even with no tcrules, tcfilters or tcclasses defined not a single packet 
can get out (or in). Typing "route" hangs (trying to do dns resolution, 
unsuccessfully, obviously) and only "route -n" shows what I need to 
know. Something is definitely awry there!
