Vernon,

David builds his own stripped down kernels which don't include NAT
support. Given that this is a standalone system, NAT isn't a requirement.

All but one of the error messages in the trace listing are suppressed
when we are not tracing..  We are trying to understand why a single
error message is not being suppressed.
