(1) Check out my branch map-widget from github (I'll name that remote anything but origin, e.g. "github-andreas"), (2) add a git remote for shotwell on git.gnome.org (name it "origin") https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Git-Basics-Working-with-Remotes (3) rebase my branch onto origin/master.
