Hi Joe,

You're running Shotwell on an unsupported configuration, so we can't offer
any detailed help.  That said, it sounds like you just don't have
gsettings-data-convert installed. Shotwell 0.11 requires GSettings, along
with dconf.

You might want to work with the manager of that package to ensure Shotwell
has the correct requirements for running on Ubuntu 10.04.
