actually, neither can I. Interesting.
I suspect this is some weirdness particular to my database inherited
from the f-spot import. I can test it by renaming a tag, and seeing
another tag renamed accordingly. e.g.
tag1
tag1 (text in brackets)
if I rename 'tag1' to 'tag1_rn' I immediately see a corresponding change
in 'tag1 (text in brackets)' which becomes 'tag1_rn (text in brackets)'.
Hopefully as I gradually tidy up my tags these anomalies will vanish.
