      This is an old bug, as far as I recall, and was fixed in 0.12.90,
      but now does appear again in both 0.13.*.
This is a known bug and I believe it is being worked on (http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/4297). Some of the issue is that it had been difficult to reproduce.

Don't know anything about any of the other issues, sorry.
