| As Joseph mentioned, the metadata writing bug is one we're aware of and hope to have fixed in the next release.
The funny thing here is that it >does work< for me under 0.12.90... | Regarding your other bug, is this a problem with all your photos or just one or two? Could you perhaps further explain your problem? It sounds like when you attempt to straighten a photo, the slider is stuck at 15 degrees and doesn't move. Is that correct? The slider does not occur at all. There is just a filled rectangle (the area where the slider was formerly shown, right to the displayed word 'Angle:'). If I click on that rectangle, the photo is skewed by 15 degrees (so the numerical display right to the rectangle says) and can only be moved further by Reset (i.e., back into its initial position). As far as I can tell, this happens for any picture. However, this may be a problem of some of the involved graphics libraries under 12.10 (gtk?), not of shotwell: As I just tested, the problem occurs on my ubuntu 12.10 system also for the program generated from the 0.12.90 sources (while the problem did not occur for that code under ubuntu 12.04 before my system upgrade). Anyway, thanks for any help! Ulf _______________________________________________ Shotwell mailing list [email protected] http://lists.yorba.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/shotwell
