Thanks, Martin.

However, for the record, should it be 'opimd_fix_db', rather than
'opimd_convert_db'?

(opimd_convert_db didn't work for me, and its code
indicates that it converts from a set of files named sqlite-*.db - which
I guess is an even older PIM format.)
