If you did just opkg upgrade, then it's possible that the kernel was
built with seemingly lower version and kernel-module-* packages weren't
updated (I've noticed some PR service issues in last builds on
shr-builder).

Reflashing new image should give you all packages from latest build
(even when they seem lower version), I'll trigger new build just to see
if it fixes the issue automagically.
