Here is a little program that can toggle the keyboard:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg41666.html

Setup your AUX-button with a "Delayed Action" then type:
[0.0 exec illume-kbd-show -t][0.8 exec shr-dialer]
Or some other app you want to access with a longer key press, I have tried
a third option for 2 seconds but that does not seem to work?

This describes a way to change the button behaviour when you start a
program http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Omkeys_functions, but I suspect that
button change will apply to all your running programs. But it could be
used to alter the AUX key before locking. Anyone knows what happened to
the original unlock feature, dragging a key across the screen?

Cheers,

Ido
