That looks like the error I had with a Kingston 4GB uSD, although it was a 
long while back so I could be mistaken. I tried changing the clock settings in 
the kernel parameters, but never got it to work reliably. Sometimes it would 
work for a few hours, and others it would fail during boot. I changed to a 
Sandisk 8GB card, and everything has been fine since. I keep meaning to try 
the Kingston again in case it works with a more recent kernel, but haven't got 
round to it.
