my problem with this approach is that if you manually enable gps via SHR
Settings (ophonekitd) and then use fsoraw, after fsoraw is finished, the
resource is no longer allocated by ophonekitd. is there a way fsoraw
would return the device to it's original state, rather then release it
altogether?
