I set the country code a few days ago, but didn't reboot afterwards (I don't
think...) The message app in Launcher gets the names correct, but the SHR
message app shows only numbers. Most of the contact entries are in the SIM,
but a couple are in the sqlite backend. Some contact numbers have the +44
country prefix while others don't. The network reports all numbers with the
country prefix. I rebooted to see if a reboot was needed after the country
code change, but it made no difference. However I did spot that soon after
boot, while the contacts app showed only the entries in the sqlite backend,
the name matching worked for those entries. Later, when the contacts app
showed contacts from both backends, the message app was showing only numbers.
