There is a edje-file for it. The file you're searching for is /usr/share/libphone-ui-shr/idle_screen.edj By editing this file you can totally change the libphone-ui lockscreen to your taste. But if you want a transparent background (to see you TangoGPS) you need compositing on the Freerunner.
