I encountered exactly the same problem a few days ago.
I'm using a custom image that inherits from shr-lite-image.bb and adds
some packages to it. When I started from scratch and tried to build my
image, I got exactly those missing dependencies to gstreamer plugins.
In my case the solution was to directly build shr-image once. That
pulled in all the necessary packages that were for some unknown reason
not there before. I don't know yet if this is a problem with my custom
image or shr-lite-image, however building shr-image did it for me. I
guess those dependencies are just currently missing from shr-lite-image...
