It's not maintained anymore and no one cares about it (in e17). So, some things are not implemented there, and therefor some things crash when using it (including phoneuid btw). We had to add a "force X11 engine" hack in the wrapper script because people still wanted to use x11-16. - Ugly but useful. -- Tom.
