Unfortunately, there are severe usability issues with illume1, too.
* It is virtually impossible to scroll the desktop without starting an
application.
* The keyboard is placed below the screen in horizontal mode.
When I reported these bugs, the reply was "won't fix" combined with "use
illume2".
