Waah. I could start a vpn connection from the FR via gprs to my home
server and finally login via ssh. I noticed that there is a new kernel
(2.6.32.16), which is about 300k smaller than the 2.6.32.13. After
reflashing 2.6.32.13, wlan and usb are working again (until the next
upgrade, I guess).
2.6.32.16 has WiFi and USB built as modules - just install them with
opkg. It should be done automatically on upgrade, but apparently for
some reason it wasn't...
sorry to be so lame, but could you let me know the packages i need to
install? i'm going to have to do it over GPRS, so i'd rather not be
fannying around for too long.
once the packages are in, should the modules load automatically on demand,
or will i need to modprobe them?
thanks for any light you can shed!
