For example, it is described in http://shr-project.org/trac/ticket/1084. However, that ticket is closed, and I haven't found any active tickets covering this problem - so my apologies. As you say though, this probably isn't a bug in iliwi itself, more likely a race between wpa_supplicant and enabling the Wifi resource. Given that, would you still like me to open an issue for it at your GitHub?
