I recently (a couple of days ago) bought a GeeksPhone One.

And while they do encourage "hacking" on the device it is currently an Android 
only based device.
But it was sort of cheap...

The N900 looks very nice indeed (one of my fiends owns one)
It runs at "semi closed" Debian and is quite expensive.

Unfortunately I don't know any other device that even comes close to the
