Difficult to say, because it did not see much testing. Things that I tried (and 
which worked) are SIM auth, outgoing phone call, incoming message and GPRS. 
Contacts and messages look good so far too. After the latest kernel upgrade 
(to nodrm) X itself works fine again too.

I'd say yes, it's usable. But don't take that as garancy. I did one outgoing 
call to my mailbox and had one incoming message from my mailbox - which is not 
what I call intensive testing :-P

If you really, really rely on it maybe wait for somebody else with a higher 
level of phone usage than me to report back :-)
