It's the man himself! Thank you for responding so quickly.

In the error log, there was nothing. Literally. It remains an empty
file.

The console did not give me any feedback either.

The access log reveals:

I have the server running on port 8080 because I have an AbyssWeb
server running on port 80 (it serves a personal links page).
