It's a problem (or not???). At current moment all pascal compiles have some RTL. This
is DOS, CRT, SYSTEM and... ups... other part or not fully implemented or not
compatable. So, if we want make cross platform ide then we must make crosscompiler
os/2 api units & SPCC. So, we must make great work. Or we must make wrapers to
existing RTLs, Classes libs.
Problem is pascal doesn't have standard libs as C/C++.
