If you like to develope under OS/2 it's helpful to switch to another target and have
the same utility or vice versa.
At the moment I am programming a little utility which should run on windows. But I
prefer to do the main work with Sibyl
(and discover the missing parts for the win32 target :-() to have this utility also
on my primary system.
