Well. You can send patches to me and I commit changes to CVS. I think it is possible
to make diffs on each commit to cvs and place patches on ftp.
So ftp will have such files, for example:
sibylbase.zip - base file, on wich patches will be applyed
20020505.zip - patch from sibylbase to 20020505 revision
20020605.zip - patch from 20020505 to 20020605 revision
and so on.
