   While technically true:

1) if the WGCs let this happen, it's an abuse of power. At adoption as a
   WG draft, authors "relinquish change control" and different persons
   must be appointed document editors if authors aren't OK with that.

2) nothing goes to IESG without consensus at WG LastCall.
