Hi
The Manual is in Tex format, you must go to corresponding folder and then
use some Latex2pdf tool to build your manual in pdf format.

I have already downloaded the SIESTA LDAU code. In release notes, it's
written:

that is described in the manual.

Unhapilly I haven't found that manual. Who has it? Or where's it for
download?
