Dear Marcos I had the same problem before, it means after doing all stuff before giving "make" command I found that there is no "arch,make" file exist in the " Obj" directory.
I should mention there was an error while untar the Siesta package ( which I don't remember ), so I have downloaded the package ( I felt that is because the package uncompleted download ) and after downloading again there was no such problem. So my suggestion to Zahra and Hossein is DOWNLOAD PACKAGE and try again.
