I have compiled transiesta and tbtrans several times, but I never meet such a problem. I complied transiesta and tbtrans on the computer cluster of my school, and I got theexecutable file successfully. However, I run the test example in .../Tests/transiesta/Fast directory and the result disagree with the files in .../Tests/transiesta/Fast/Scat/OUT_TBT directory. So, is there someone who have complied transiesta and tbtrans successfully on computer cluster? Can you give me and just for a reference ? It would be very kind of you, if you could help me with this problem. Thank you!
