I faced the problem when I tried to setup siesta. Error ocured when I used
configure command.

Here is an error:
f123@ubuntu:~$ cd siesta-3.1
f123@ubuntu:~/siesta-3.1$ mkdir intel
f123@ubuntu:~/siesta-3.1$ cd intel
f123@ubuntu:~/siesta-3.1/intel$ sh ../Src/obj_setup.sh
*** Compilation setup done.
*** Remember to copy an arch.make file or run configure as:
../Src/configure [configure_options]
f123@ubuntu:~/siesta-3.1/intel$ ../Src/configure
b*ash: ../Src/configure: Permission denied*
