Hi, without any input or output files it is very difficult to see where your 
problem is.

I have done the same calculation myself and I obtain the correct transmission, 
did you manually 
substract the Ef from the transmition data?
Because it seems that your graph looks fine, except for that small displacement.

Asunto: [SIESTA-L] Transmission Coefficient with E-Ef on graphene

Dear friends 


I want to simulate the electron transport on single graphene with TranSIESTA, 
here I got such Transmission Coefficient- E-Ef figure under 0 bias ev. Here I 
don't know why the middle point is a little bias(i.e. not at 0ev). 


Is this figure right? Or could anyone give me some suggestions? Thank you.
