Hello TRANSIESTA users, I'm new to reading/writing binary files and am not sure how to read the *.TSHS binary file. I'd like to extract the sparse H and S matrices from the TSHS file using a program in C. If anyone has a script that does this or any example code for other files that does something similar that I could learn from, I'd greatly appreciate it if you could help me out. Thanks!
