Hi, I am testing some MD examples of MD in siesta exercises and I want to plot the total energy versus time-step. However, in Util directory, the "readme"file says that the scripts are deprecated.
I will be really thankful if you kindly let me know how you usually read .MD and .MDE files of MD simulations and how you plot energy/timestep. Best Regards, Pedram
