Dear Transiesta, If the gap of a doped system has been shifted from zero, how could one see the shift in the transmission plot if as I know transiesta will shift it automatically to zero. If I'm using the same L and R electrode but with different scattering region structure, I always will get the same Ef(L/R) regardless of the scattering region structure.
