Dear Transiesta users, I am trying to run a transport calculation using TranSIESTA code but I got the following error each time:
nrows_g=768 nrows=768 sparsity=.9580 nnzs=565056, refcount: 3> Electrode elec-x has no transfer matrix. The self-energy cannot be calculated with a zero transfer matrix! Electrode elec-x has no transfer matrix. could you please tell me what is wrong in my electrode calculation? All the best, Azar
