Dear colleagues, A final call for the upcoming workshop for TranSiesta, TBtrans and sisl, which will run at the Technical University of Denmark in Lyngby in the week of November 9th - November 13th 2026. The workshop will cost 250 EUR which will be used to cover a workshop dinner and all lunches and coffee breaks.

The TranSiesta + TBtrans framework allows full non-equilibrium Green function calculations. Participants will learn about the intuitive nature of tight-binding applications and also how it overlaps with the TBtrans and TranSIESTA outputs for post-processing. We require that participants have a prior, basic knowledge of solid-state physics, density functional theory (DFT), and hands-on experience with SIESTA or similar DFT codes. The school will consist of lectures and hands-on sessions where experts will be available for discussion and guidance.
