It has come to my attention today that a conflict of interest arises with this policy proposal and another activity I am involved in. As a result, I will be asking my co-chair, Masato-san, to take charge of the processing of this proposal during this discussion period, at the Open Policy Meeting and, if it proceeds further, during the Consensus Period.
