Yes, this.

FWIW, I think this is merely a coincidence, but it is rather convenient that in 
the ARIN NRPM, IPv4 policy is in section 4 and IPv6 policy is in section 6. 
IIRC, Section 5 is ASN policy.

It would certainly be helpful to some of us who work with multiple policy 
frameworks if an effort to harmonize section ordering and numbering to the 
extent possible were made.
