About how to treat returned 103/8 addresses. I think it's better to return them into final /8 block, rather than into the IPv4 Recovered Address Pool because: - the Final /8 pool will last longer, and - unified simple policy to handle 103/8 block Another point, do we need a policy proposal to modify current situation, or it's OK only to collect opinions in this ML?
