I support this proposal. With the exception of Abuse and IRT records, there is
no benefit or reason to maintain contact information. I consistently receive
emails from Cogent offering IP transit and address leasing services to contact
information only listed in the Whois database and this policy change would help
to address & mitigate misuse of contact information.
