I supports this IPv6 nibble-boundary alignment proposal. Aligned prefixes can
facilitate nationwide network zoning, security partitioning and routing
aggregation, lowering routine IP management workload. All existing access
thresholds and usage audit rules stay intact, with no mandatory renumbering for
current address resources. This policy fits large carrier's long-term IPv6
construction demands well.
