Interestingly, PM 4.0 not only handles ext2 partitions, but it also has a Linux
installation script. The procedure for installation on Linux mounts the CD,
and then copies two image files to floppies. Of course, they don't run UNDER
Linux, but they boot into Caldera OpenDOS, and start up the DOS GUI version of
PM. The licencing implications of this could be interesting, since it is NEVER
installed on a hard drive.
Of course, their script is broken and you have to do it by hand. Oh, well.
