When I tried to get my ml.org domain working last year, (I'm in the dorms)
I spent a couple weeks fiddling with it and their online domain update kept
telling me my ip number was invalid (not of the format xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) well
I thought I knew how to enter an ip number :) so after much searching of the
help stuff on ml I found a small note that ml will not work if "your provider
such as the university of texas has requested that their domain be removed
from ml.org ." (not a direct quote, but close enough) Its actually a
violation of the acceptable use policy (at least in the dorms) to register
an outside domain name that refers to a *.utexas.edu host name. If UT isnt
your isp then just ignore this.
