You lost me.
This is what I have setup:
I have a cable modem going to one NIC in my linux box.
I have another NIC in my linux box that runs to a hub
which supports my NT box and my roommate's machine.
I masq the two win machines and see them on my eth0
network and see the cable from eth1.
Is this something like what you want?
