This is some info that I obtained from some sources inside of
inCompetentUSA:
Their tecnicians are usually NOT A+ certified.
People who work on the sales floor do NOT always know what they are
talking about (I can attest to that because I asked a "linux guru" at a
CompUSA some easy questions like mounting drives and what an inode was,
etc and he couldn't tell me anything. Also asked some questions about
what hex address COM2 is defined as, etc. and he didn't know that either.)
It's pretty much common sense to not go to CompUSA for service.
