Can SCO mount a fat32 filesystem?.  Is there an NFS or Samba solution to the following problem:

1.  I have source code that I need to compile on both SCO and Linux.
2.  I am loading W98/SCO/Linux on a single laptop.  I want to be able to boot up any one of the three OS's and be able to see the source.  All this from a single 8GB HD in a Dell I-7000.
3.  I could put the source on a Jazz drive.  What file system type should I create to accomplish all this.  Or is it even possible?
4.  I'm using SCCS on SCO and intend to use RCS on Linux.  Since DOS filesystems don't maintain permissions (is true?), I don't know if I can accomplish what I want.
5.  Any ideas out there?
thx,
dick
