Indeed, but it should not be.. ya know.  Real computer parts dealers, are not 
like this.. well ok maybe they are, but at least they have technical people 
that you can talk to. In any case, you hit the nail on the head, if you want 
to screw with it, and you know what you are doing, chipsmart is fine. But if 
you really have a clue, you wouldn't have to go to such a crappy place anyway.
