yes, I was asked if I would help coordinate, so they put me in touch with
a firm they've apparently  hired to do the scheduling.  I have an email
address here somewhere.

Let me find out if they've got any other considerations for the location
(like not a hotel, etc) and get back to you -- the ballroom sounds good
except for the fact that parking on UT campus is abhorrent (and we're
basically asking 700 guests to come visit?  come on!)
