Yes, the license for ssh2 is much more restrictive than ssh1.  One interesting
detail on the ssh2 license is that one allowed use is sys admin at educational
institutions, which is the clause under which I am using it.  But again, it
specifically does not allow any other use to be compunded with this, so cannot
be used for any business admin purpose on the same systems.  I don't really
like this sort of license - you shouldn't have to decide whether the particular
task is OK by the license.  A license should just determine whether you can
install the software or not based on your primary intended use, orpreferable
your non-profit status. Either you can install it or not.  Once it's installed
you shouldn't have to worry about each invocation, just about whether the
primary use has changed to the point where it would violate the license.
